North Carolina Cares about the Health of its Residents

The Division of Public Health has developed various websites to meet the needs of North Carolina residents, as well as those living outside the "Tar Heel State." The servers housed at the State Center for Health Statistics, are home to some of those websites. Each site offers different types of information to the public - meaning you!

North Carolina Vital Records
